Ronniel Troy
Provider & CEO
Ronniel has led Ashford Senior Living since 2004 with the perfect balance of skill & passion in care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Woodbury University and is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a focus on Alzheimer’s, dementia & mental health. Ronniel has been President of the local chapter of the Adult Family Home Council since 2008.​​​​​​​​​
Dustin Troy
Chief Operating Officer
Dustin has dedicated his career to building organizational excellence from the inside-out. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Miami University, he previously held HR leadership roles in the hotel industry and at Boeing. He believes in treating employees as family (in fact, we even call them “Family Members”) with the idea that in turn, they will care for our residents like their own family.​​​​​
Rose Lozada
Nurse on Duty, Registered Nurse (RN)
Rose is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years in medical, pulmonary and critical cardiac care experience with adult populations. She is very enthusiastic in extending her expertise and service to our elderly residents and their families, and loves being a part of this community.​​​​​​​​
Karla Ballew, DNP
Medical Director, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Having dedicated her life's work to serving the frail and elderly, Karla's philosophy of care is to build a cohesive partnership with each resident to ensure the care she provides meets their personal goals. Compassion, encouragement, patience & respect are principles that guide Karla's practice. When not caring for patients, Karla loves karaoke, trying new cuisines and exploring the beautiful PNW!​​​​
Anderson Jolly
Pharmacist
Andy is an experienced Pharmacist whose mission is to enhance the Adult Family Home experience by providing support and ideas. Adept at building trusting relationships with residents and their family members, he enjoys working with seniors because of the ability to enhance their quality of life. When not busy with his pharmacy practice, Andy enjoys boating and spending time with family and friends.​​​​​
Miriam Dominguez
Operations Supervisor
Miriam brings a well-rounded background to our Family, having worked in multiple customer service settings including hotels. She's lived in CO, ID, OR & Mexico...and of course here in WA! Along with a BA in Business Administration, her experiences allow her to work well with our diverse group of Family Members & residents. Miriam is motivated by the idea of making a positive contribution to the lives of those around her each day.​​​​
Eric Ruiz
Property Maintenance
If you've ever visited us and thought, "someone really works hard to make this place look great", Eric is that person! He takes pride in having his work reflected in the smooth functioning of our homes, and wants people to have a nice image in their minds when they think of Ashford. Outside of work, Eric loves dinner and movies with his family, plus spending time in nature. Make sure to say hello to Eric the next time you visit!​​​
Parker Troy
Senior Pet Therapist
Parker has been visiting our homes since he was a young pup. He works very hard to make everyone's tail wag around the household. Nowadays, he requires a little more stretching in the morning to get up and moving, but it's made him an even more empathetic Therapist for our residents!​​​​​​​​
Zoey Troy
Junior Pet Therapist
Under the wise tutelage of her big brother Parker, red-headed little Zoey brings a smile to our residents' faces during her visits. She provides unconditional love, and will give extra kisses if you sneak her a treat!​​​​​​
